I have recently purchased through a second hand bookshop a copy of Wilmington's Guide To The Bible. Whislt in the shop I thought the book appeared to be a great resource notwithstanding that it was published in 1981.

Once I reached home at looked at the book more closely, I am have reservations regarding its credibility.

Is anyone out the familiar with the book or its author? Any background info would be greatly appreciated.
